Unique handmade Art piece. Made from burl Oak and resin. Here I’ve followed the natural contours of the timber. I filled the void with red resin which when lit from the back gives a transparent effect. I’ve then carved out the heart shape and filled it with glitter and multicoloured wire. The effect is super pleasing - when the light catches the colours as you walk past the heart shape really pops. It’s finished with resin to give it a glossy finish while the base is matt lacquer to create contrast. It stands 270mm high x 250mm wide x 150mm deep. It should only ever need a light dust or cleaned with a damp cloth.
