Handmade from Oak the shield is 300mm (12 inches) in diameter x 40mm (1 1/2 inches) deep.

This beautiful piece has been turned on the lathe before being carved and stained to give it a unique design. I’ve used gold gilding wax to highlight areas of carving and give the piece an extra sense of opulence. Finished in lacquer this piece will give years of pleasure.
